It is a light-type elevator door safety protection device, suitable for passenger elevators and freight elevators, to protect the safety of passengers.
It consists of four parts: infrared transmitter and receiver installed on both sides of elevator car door, power box installed on car roof and special flexible cable. There are 32 (16) infrared emitting tubes in the transmitter. Under the control of the MCU, the transmitting and receiving tubes are opened accordingly, and the car door area is continuously scanned from top to bottom to form a dense infrared protective light curtain. When any one of the light beams is blocked, the control system immediately outputs a door opening signal, and the car door stops closing and reversing and opening until the passengers or barriers leave the warning area and the elevator doors can be closed normally, so as to achieve the purpose of safety protection. It can avoid the accident of elevator trapping people.
